Round Ones certified instructors use authentic boxing/kickboxing training programs and puts them into an exciting format for people of all fitness levels. Round One has quickly earned a reputation as being one of the premium places to offer boxing & kickboxing programs to shed that unwanted body fat in a fun, safe and stress reducing atmosphere.
Class Requirements Classes are designed for all fitness levels. It’s recommended that you bring some water to class and if you have your own boxing equipment then that would be great as well. We do have some community gloves for people, but everyone is eventually expected to get their own equipment. Equipment to bring: 12 oz. Boxing gloves, bag gloves, skipping rope and wrist wraps. If you would like to purchase equipment, Round One can get you whatever equipment you require.

Open Training Whether you want to work on your jab, left hook or round house kicks this is an opportunity to practice the skills that you have learned in our exciting classes
Circuit Training An opportunity to experience all the various pieces of boxing and kickboxing equipment moving from station to station.
Extreme Fitness From using plyometrics, weights, bands and having a partner assist you in various drills come experience a class that will shed that excess body fat in record time.
Kickboxing A workout that will hit muscles you never knew you had while learning the fundamentals of the sport of kickboxing
Boxing Learn proper technique and boxing fundamentals while achieving a full body workout in a fun atmosphere.
Competitor Class Participation in this class is on approval by the head instructors of Round One. For the truly dedicated looking to take their skills to the next level.
Beginner & Intermediate Learn basic boxing and kickboxing techniques while getting into the best shape of your life .
Advanced Learn new combos, drills and incorporating light sparring these classes are the next progression from our beginner classes
Cardio Kickboxing Learn the flashy kicks, and the proper technique to do them safely”

The current hours of operation are:
Open 5:30 to 9:00 PM Monday to Friday, and Saturday 10 AM to 2PM
